Load Images from Folder Pixaroma
Load many images from any folder and run your workflow on each one, one at a time.
What it does
Point it at a folder of images and pick which ones to process. When you Run, it feeds the selected images through your workflow one at a time and gives you a finished result for each. It is a drop-in for Load Image when you want to batch a whole folder: swap it in, wire it the same way, and one Run handles every image. Images can be different sizes.
It has the same resize options as Load Image Pixaroma (Max megapixels, Longest side, Scale by, Fit inside, Crop to fill, Match aspect ratio), applied to each image as it loads. Resize is Off by default.
How to use
- Set the folder: type or paste a path into the folder box, or click
Browseto navigate your drives and folders and pick one. - Click
Pick imagesto open the gallery. UseSelect all, type a number in theFirstbox to grab the first few (it selects as you type), or click individual thumbnails to choose exactly what you want. - Wire
imageinto your workflow (upscale, restyle, etc.) andfilenameinto a Save node so each result keeps its original name. Include subfoldersin the gallery also loads images from folders inside your folder. Their names then come out flattened, so an image at portraits/ana.png is called portraits_ana and cannot clash with a same-named file elsewhere.Keep folder structure in the name, next to it, hands over the real path (portraits/ana) instead. Switch onKeep folders from the wired namein Save Image Pixaroma's settings as well and your whole folder tree is rebuilt in the save folder, so processing a folder of folders gives you back the same arrangement.- Click Run once and leave the batch count at 1. The node processes every selected image by itself.
- If the
Pick imagesbutton turns into a yellow warning (for exampleFolder not approved on this PC: click Browse), the folder cannot be used yet. This happens with a workflow made on another computer. ClickBrowseand pick the folder once, or pick your own folder. Hover the button for the full explanation.
Skip pictures already done
Do a big folder in parts, or only the pictures you added since the last Run (open Pick images and click Select all again: new pictures are not picked by themselves), without making the finished ones again. In the Pick images gallery, switch on Skip pictures already done in and type the folder where the results are saved: empty means ComfyUI's output folder, a name like AI Scenes means a folder inside output, a full path works for any folder you approved with Browse.
Every picture that already has a file with the same name in that folder (any extension; files in its subfolders do not count, unless Keep folder structure is on) is left out, so the Run makes only what is missing. It works when the results keep the picture's name: %input% in Save Image Pixaroma's file name, or Save Text's One file per entry (captions saved next to the pictures count too). When every picture is done, the Run stops without an error and a notice in the corner says so. Switch it off to run them all again.
It helps from one Run to the next, not inside one Run: ComfyUI runs each node over the whole folder before the next node starts, so the results are saved together at the end of the Run. A Run you stop or that crashes halfway has saved nothing yet. For a very big folder, pick a part first (for example First 100), Run, then click Select all and Run again.
Outputs
- image
- Each selected image, one per item, after any resize.
- mask
- Each image's mask from its alpha channel (blank if it has none).
- width
- Each image's width in pixels (after any resize). Wire into an empty latent so it matches the image's size.
- height
- Each image's height in pixels (after any resize).
- filename
- Each image's filename without the extension, for naming saved results. With subfolders included this is flattened (portraits/ana becomes portraits_ana) unless
Keep folder structure in the nameis on. - index
- The 1-based position of each image in this batch (1, 2, 3 ...).
- total
- How many images are in this batch (how many loaded; same for every item).
- path
- Each image's full file path, with its extension. Wire it into Prompt Reader Pixaroma's filename input to read the prompt saved inside every picture of the folder, for example to make your old pictures again with a new model.
This is the help that comes with Pixaroma 1.4.212. Inside ComfyUI, select the node and click the orange ? above it to read the same help there.
