Load Texts from Folder Pixaroma

Read the .txt files of a folder and send them through the workflow one by one.

In ComfyUI: double-click an empty spot on the canvas and type Load Texts from Folder Pixaroma.

What it does

The text version of Load Images from Folder: it reads every .txt file in a folder and the workflow runs once per text. Use it for a folder of prompts, or for the captions Save Text writes with One file per entry.

Wire Load Images from Folder's filename into names and it gives the text that belongs to EACH picture instead, in the pictures' order: 01_Cat.png gets 01_Cat.txt. A picture with no text file gets an empty text, so pictures and texts always stay together.

The folder

  • Empty: ComfyUI's output folder.
  • A name like Training Set: a folder inside output.
  • A full path: any folder you approved. Click Browse folder and pick it once in the system dialog to approve it.

Outputs

text
Each text in turn.
filename
Each file name without .txt, or the wired picture name.
index
Which text this is, counting from 1.
total
How many texts this Run sends.

What you wire in

namesSTRINGoptional
Optional. Wire Load Images from Folder's filename here to get the text of EACH picture (01_Cat gets 01_Cat.txt), in the pictures' order.

The settings on the node

foldertext
The folder with the .txt files. Empty = ComfyUI's output folder; a name like Training Set = a folder inside output; or a full path to a folder you approved with Browse.
Fix a few captions by hand (Caption Review Pixaroma makes that easy), then Run again with them. Files over 1 MB are skipped.

This is the help that comes with Pixaroma 1.4.212. Inside ComfyUI, select the node and click the orange ? above it to read the same help there.
