The version did not change: reinstall cleanly

git could not update the folder. A fresh copy of the Pixaroma folder fixes it in a minute.

  1. Why it happens

Usually a file in the Pixaroma folder was changed by hand, or it was installed from the old GitHub address. You need git for the fix (get it here).

  2. Close ComfyUI

Close the ComfyUI window and its black console window.

  3. Open your custom_nodes folder

    Easy-Install: ComfyUI-Easy-Install/ComfyUI/custom_nodes. Portable: ComfyUI_windows_portable/ComfyUI/custom_nodes. Installed with git: ComfyUI/custom_nodes.

  4. Delete the ComfyUI-Pixaroma folder

Delete it, do not just rename it: ComfyUI would load both copies.

  5. Get a fresh copy

In that same custom_nodes folder, click the address bar, type cmd, press Enter and run:

    git clone https://gitlab.com/pixaroma/comfyui-pixaroma.git
  6. Start ComfyUI and refresh the page

Start ComfyUI, then press Ctrl Shift R once in the browser.

Nothing of yours is lost: your own fonts (ComfyUI/models/fonts) and saved presets live outside this folder. Only sounds you added yourself to the Notify node (its assets/sounds folder) live inside it, so copy those out first.
