Info Pixaroma
A small button on the canvas that opens a note to read.
In ComfyUI: double-click an empty spot on the canvas and type Info Pixaroma.
What it does
Info turns a workflow note into a button. The canvas stays clean: instead of big notes around the graph, you see small buttons like Read me, Download Models or Run Times, and a click opens the note in a reading window.
The note is the same rich text Note Pixaroma makes: headings, lists, icons, tables, code, and Download, YouTube and Discord buttons.
How to use
- Add the node: right-click an empty spot on the canvas and choose Add Info Pixaroma, or find it in Add Node. A small popup offers starters: pick one to set the title, icon, colour and the empty headings of that kind of note, or close it for a plain Info button.
- Click the button to read the note. A click only opens the note: the button is not left selected, so ComfyUI's selection bar does not pop up.
- Rest the mouse on a button for half a second to see a peek: the note's first heading and first line, without opening it.
- A button with a dashed outline has an empty note. Clicking it opens the editor straight away.
- To change the note or the button, press Edit in the reading window, or right-click the button and choose Edit.
- Drag the button's corner to make it bigger or smaller. The text and icon grow with it.
- To remove a button, right-click it and choose Delete, or press Delete in its reading window, which asks first. Ctrl+Z brings it back.
The reading window
- Move and resize
- Drag the title bar to move it, and the corner to resize it. Each button remembers its own window size, saved in the workflow, so a short note can open small and a long one big. Double-click the corner to go back to the automatic size.
- A- and A+
- Make the text smaller or bigger, for that button. Saved in the workflow too.
- The list on the left
- When the workflow has two or more Info buttons, the window lists them all. Click one to read it without closing the window.
- Edit
- Opens the editor for this note.
- Delete
- Removes this Info button and its note from the workflow, after asking. Ctrl+Z brings it back.
- ?
- Opens this help.
- Esc or X
- Closes the window.
The editor
- Title
- The text on the button.
- Icon
- One of the Pixaroma icons. They ship with Pixaroma, so a shared workflow shows the same icon on every PC.
- Colour
- The button colour. The text turns dark on a light colour so it stays readable.
- Template
- Adds the empty headings of a starter where the cursor is, for example a Models section inside a Read me note. Ctrl+Z takes it out again.
- The note
- Everything below the strip is the Note Pixaroma editor. Save keeps both the note and the button.
The starters
- Read me
- What the workflow does, how to use it, what you need.
- Models
- The files to download and the folder each one goes in.
- Nodes
- Custom nodes to install, what each node does, which ones to change.
- Settings
- The best settings and the sizes that work.
- Prompt tips
- How to write a prompt, examples, words that help.
- Run times
- Time per size, VRAM and RAM, what to change on a smaller card.
- Tips
- Tips and what works best.
- Attention
- Things to check before Run, known problems and fixes.
- Links
- The video, the model page, the community.
- Blank
- An empty note.
A starter only fills the note when it is empty, so it never replaces what you wrote. Right-click the button and choose Start from to use one later. The node never runs during a workflow.
This is the help that comes with Pixaroma 1.4.212. Inside ComfyUI, select the node and click the orange ? above it to read the same help there.
