Update ComfyUI itself

A workflow needs a newer ComfyUI: new core nodes or a new model.

For Portable or gitI have Easy-Install

You picked Easy-Install, and this page is for Portable or git. Go to the Easy-Install version

Close ComfyUI
Close the ComfyUI window and its black console window.
Portable: run the update file
Run update_comfyui_stable.bat from the update folder inside your ComfyUI_windows_portable folder. That is all.
Installed with git: get the newest ComfyUI
Open your ComfyUI folder, click the address bar, type cmd, press Enter, then run:
git pull
Installed with git: install what it needs
With the same Python that runs your ComfyUI:
python -m pip install -r requirements.txt
Start ComfyUI and refresh the page
Start ComfyUI, then press Ctrl Shift R once in the browser.
