Install ComfyUI with Easy-Install
Starting from zero on Windows? Easy-Install sets up ComfyUI with the Pixaroma nodes already in it.
Download Easy-Install
On the Easy-Install page click INSTALL, read the notes there (don't run it as administrator, keep it out of system folders), then click DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION. Or get ComfyUI-Easy-Install.zip straight away.
The zip goes to your browser's download folder, usually Downloads. To choose the folder each time, turn on Ask where to save each file in your browser's download settings.
Unzip it into a new folder
Make a new folder for it, on any drive:
C:\AIorC:\ComfyUIon C is fine, orD:\AI, or any other letter. Not straight inC:\itself, not inside Program Files or Windows, and no spaces or special characters in the folder path. Move the zip into it, right-click the zip, choose Extract All, then Extract.Run ComfyUI-Easy-Install.bat
Double-click it, not as administrator. It installs git, Python and ComfyUI by itself, with the Pixaroma nodes already in it. Let it finish, it takes a while. When it says Press any key, it is done.
Windows asks Are you sure that you want to run this software? Press Run: it asks that for any downloaded .bat file.
Windows asks Do you want to allow this app to make changes? for Git? Press Yes. It only asks when Git is missing or out of date.
Start ComfyUI
Open the EZi Launcher (in the new
ComfyUI-Easy-Installfolder, and on your Desktop) and press ComfyUI EZi: under BROWSER it opens in your browser, under DESKTOP in its own window. Double-click the canvas and type Pixaroma: the Pixaroma nodes are already there.
Needs an NVIDIA graphics card. Keep its driver up to date.
